ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is on its way, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to check on the status and whereabouts of your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the rare event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will make every effort to contact you. However, if we're unable to reach you or the issue cannot be resolved, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically the responsibility of the recipient. Amalgam CA Inc. is not responsible for customs fee or taxes. To learn more about customs fees and duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office. RETURNS POLICY

No Exchange, Refund, or Return: Purchases made on amalgamofficial are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns in most cases. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.

Refund Before Shipping: If your order has not been shipped yet, and you wish to cancel, a refund will be granted. Please contact our support team at contact@amalgamofficial.com  within 24 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation and refund.

Product Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items not in their original condition and packaging.
